The pilot plants and laboratory units we have developed over the years form a fundamental tool for experimental validation of the technologies we design. Through these demonstrative systems, we test processes, components, and advanced configurations, generating data and results that support industrial application and European project development.
In this context, Spike Renewables supports R&D activities also throughout the CE certification process of test benches and experimental units, integrating regulatory and safety aspects from the early design stages. The approach includes the analysis of applicable requirements, risk assessment, the definition of safety concepts, and support in preparing the technical documentation and the CE technical file. This enables laboratory systems to be compliant, safe, and ready for pre-industrial validation.
